Eating too little???

Foods rich in vegetable fats and starches are good for weight gain.
So it is also needed high protein foods and the micro-nutrients too.
Try to drink at least 1 pint of milk each day -
add flavourings  if you dislike the taste.
Concentrate on foods you really enjoy but make sure you have a varied diet.

Eating too much???

If you eat more food than you use, the rest is stored as fat.
Even though you may eat less than other people,
you are still eating too much for you.
Cut out fried food and sugary foods.
Concentrate on watery, fibrous, low-fat,
low-carbohydrate foods such as salads.
